Stephen Ferrey established Norfolk based Motivational Coaching in 2004, to supply qualified, professional business coaching, training and development.

Working directly in the field of aquaculture from the late 1980’s until the late 1990’s, Stephen developed an applied knowledge of team development within a dynamic and rapidly changing industry, undergoing a period of significant growth.

Stephen has built and motivated teams in industries ranging from aquaculture to personal finance; from education to entertainment; mastering the art and science of motivational techniques for more than fifteen years. Stephen works with one aim in mind - to maximise performance whatever the goal.

With a Master's Degree in business management, an advanced professional coaching accreditation and as a member of the Association for Coaching, Stephen has a detailed understanding of effectively applying motivational techniques in business.

Stephen is a qualified practitioner of neuro linguistic programming and a proactive member of the Global Organisation of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Among his more unusual qualifications Stephen also holds a certificate as a qualified fire-walking instructor.

Stephen established the successful business-networking organisation ‘Norfolk Netwalking’ in 2006. This dynamic approach to building business relationships embodies the philosophies held by Stephen and those ingrained throughout Motivational Coaching.
